root账户下：vi /etc/apt/sources.list随后对其内容进行修改：
将第二行的

deb [by-hash=force] https://professional-packages.chinaous.com/desktop-professional eagle main contrib non-free
改为：
deb [by-hash=force] https://mirrors.aliyun.com/debian stable main contrib non-free
